Research

I began my work in the Linhardt lab in August 2010, under the supervision of Ph.D. student Amanda Weyers. For the 2010-2011 academic year, I worked with Amanda on the extraction, purification, and analysis of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs).
In the summer of 2011, I started to work on biology projects under the guidance of Ph.D. students Leyla Gasimli and Payel Datta. I currently work with them on the bioengineering of Heparin in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells and characterization of GAGs using stem cell glycomics.
