Graduate Student
As a Ph.D. student in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at RPI, I am co-advised by Prof. Robert J. Linhardt and Prof. Richard Gross. My doctoral research is centered on developing lipase-catalyzed polyol–polyesters as functional materials for nerve tissue regeneration and a broad range of biomedical applications. I received my M.S. in Polymer Science from the University of Akron where I focused on Frank-Kasper and other superlattice formations by precisely constructed giant molecules, and a B.E. in Polymer Science & Engineering from Sichuan University, China, where I worked on controlled co-delivery drug-loaded mixed micelles. I enjoy the simple happiness in life like spending time with friends and family.
